A Whirlwind District Sales Manager, (DSM) is an outside sales position for one of the Metal Building Industry's most experienced companies. Due to its extremely large and unique product offering, the DSM's purpose is to maintain and grow existing customers, as well as call on prospective new business customers. The DSM's effectiveness is measured and graded by their ability to grow their territory organically, as well as achieve their annual new business goal. The DSM is responsible for maintaining high-level, strategic relationships with customers and prospects and serves as their trusted Advisor through consultative and collaborative methods.

**This role is critical because**

Our goal is to provide the highest level of quality service to our customers, high caliber District Sales Managers are an essential part of this initiative. Therefore, the ideal, District Sales Manager will possess professional selling and communication skills and will have a solid work ethic.

**Job Responsibilities**

* CRM input in accordance to the CRM Process Guidelines as necessary

* Maintain a pipeline of prospects and working them through the sales cycle
