Client is seeking a Speech Therapist to provide services for the Rehabilitation Services Department. The responsibilities include initial and ongoing patient assessments, designing and implementing care plans, educating patients and families, supervising support personnel, and contributing to patient discharge planning.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved school of Speech Therapy.
- Must have or be eligible for West Virginia State Licensure or Registration.
Requirements:
- Speech Therapist License
- Within commuting range
- Graduate from the school of speech therapy
