As the nutritional services director, you will:

• plan and direct the duties of the nutritional services department to provide the highest quality of nutrition, service, and care to our residents and patients in a cost-effective manner
• initiate, complete, and maintain nutritional care plans
• plan and implement menu cycles
• evaluate and ensure the department is in code compliance
• work closely with a registered dietician
• attend care conferences

Required Qualifications:

• certified dietary manager or in process of obtaining

Preferred Skills:

• previous experience in healthcare or food service with supervisory skills
• experience in quantity cooking
• registered dieticians are invited to apply
