Active Top Secret Clearance with Poly RequiredSalary Range: Up to $220K (salary is commensurate with education and experience)
Job SummarySeeking a Software engineer to support the development and indexes to aid in the ingestion and management of a large volume of data.
This job requires an existing Top Secret Clearance and Polygraph.
- Citizenship: Must Be a US Citizen
- Existing Clearance Required: Active Top Secret SCI with Poly
- All experience levels will be considered
- Demonstrated minimum five years of experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying Java code to a production environment (from scratch, i.e. not just tweaking existing code, O&M, etc.)
- Demonstrated minimum two years of experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying big data solutions to a production environment - prefer experience with ALL three listed below:
- Hadoop or Spark
- Solr*
- Hbase
- Demonstrating at least two years of experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying cloud-based solutions (applicant should list cloud technologies used)
- These experiences can be in conjunction with the big data and java experience requirements listed above
- Demonstrated experience (and willingness) to undergo the pull request process where every technical task/code deliverable undergoes nearly full code coverage (i.e. unit testing) and a peer review before deployment to a non-production environment
- AWS Developer Certification
