Senior Sales Manager

Salary range: $80k-90k plus generous bonus and fantastic benefits!

Our client is looking for their next Sales superstar!

As a Senior Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for keeping event spaces booked out with clients. You'll also work to ensure that their guests & clients have a fantastic experience while they plan, experience, and attend their events.

In addition, you'll stay abreast of industry trends in order to bring creative new ideas to the selling process. You'll also maintain team's contact and client management system, assist in deal negotiations and ongoing account management for designated small accounts, lead local ad sales partnerships and other marketing initiatives, and support contractual compliance monitoring and reporting.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Selling and marketing the property's event spaces to potential clients
• Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at corporations, associations, and other organizations
• Developing and executing creative sales and marketing campaigns
• Managing a team of sales representatives
• Negotiating and closing deals
• Providing excellent customer service to clients

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Marriott experience
• CI-TY experience
• 3+ year successful track record of sales experience in the hospitality space
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented, collaborative team player
