Cabot Citrus Farms

Cabot’s first U.S. destination, Cabot Citrus Farms, is situated on 1,200 acres of rolling land and will include Cabot’s signature combination of world-class golf, luxury accommodations and real estate opportunities. Opening in 2023, Cabot Citrus Farms will feature two revitalized 18-hole courses, a par-3 course, a new clubhouse and extensive practice facilities. The property is a short 50-minute drive from Tampa and an 80-minute drive from Orlando. While close to urban amenities, the property sits in the central-west region of Florida aptly known as the Nature Coast. Visitors will delight in one-of-a-kind experiences including exceptional hiking, biking and nature trails at neighboring Withlacoochee State Forest, spring- fed rivers and bountiful lakes at Crystal River, and world-class fishing in the Gulf of Mexico.

Position Overview

As a Food and Beverage Server at Cabot, you will share a passion for service excellence and infuse enthusiasm into everything you do. You are an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our Cabot Citrus Farms dining experience across the property. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to connect with guests, vendors, and associates. You are proud to represent the Cabot brand, and proactively act as an ambassador and role model of exceptional service.

Executional Excellence

• Provide timely, personalized, friendly, warm, and efficient food and beverage service at all outlets across the property
• Highly knowledgeable in all Food and Beverage items available at Cabot Citrus Farms
• Present a professional and highly personalized approach, reading your guests and anticipating their needs and dietary requests
• Work with the F&B management team and associates to deliver guest satisfaction with dedication and professionalism
• Uphold world class standards of internal and external guest service

Operational Excellence

• Ensure that overall cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant exceeds expectations
• Maintain work area in an orderly and timely manner (clearing tables, refreshing beverages, removing food items)
• Detail oriented, you are exceptionally well organized
• Complete setup, closing and side duties in timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness of guest washrooms
• Process all sales transactions and billing efficiently and accurately
• Bring any concerns to the attention of the Manager/Supervisor on-duty (related to internal or external guests, food or service quality, operation of the room, physical surroundings)

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma and/or experience in a related field preferred
• Experience with information systems and inventory management an asset

Physical Demands

• Work outdoors in varying environmental conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and wind
• Communicate verbally with staff members and customers with/without the use of two-way radios
• Ability to spend long hours moving around, walking, sitting, standing, kneeling, reaching, etc.
• Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly lift, carry, push, or otherwise move objects on a regular basis
• Give and/or follow verbal and written instructions
