Argenta is looking for an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our Argenta, Fort Dodge team.  

The Senior Process Engineer adds value through the following responsibilities:

• Provide process improvement, technical trouble shooting, and support manufacturing investigations
• Identification, selection, and procurement of automated equipment
• Work closely with global suppliers, product management, operations and sourcing
• Work with operations department to ensure equipment and facilities are optimized for productivity
• Participate in multi disciplinary project teams
• Identify and implement cost saving initiatives related to production
• Establish standards and guidelines for product transfers as it relates to equipment and utilities
• Ensure successful technical transfer of products into commercial production including ensuring all GMP requirements are fully adhered to 

Senior Process Engineer requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or packaging engineering
• 5-7 years of experience in automated systems; preferably in a manufacturing environment or other regulated industry
• Possess a strong understanding of GMP regulations
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Excellent written, communication and organizational skills 
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Skilled in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating procedures and developing and implementing new strategies
