Monday - Friday (8:30am - 4:30pm) Work Schedule


Responsibilities
  • Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.
  • Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
  • Utilize various computer systems to take premium payments, update and make changes to policies, and service renewals.
  • Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments.
  • Conduct follow-up discussions with clients to ensure their contentment while progressing towards sales closure or renewal.

Requirements
  • Property and Casualty License required. A license is not required to apply. We offer licensing assistance.
  • Candidate must have basic computer software knowledge. This includes being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Act as a dedicated team player, fostering collaboration and supporting colleagues in delivering excellent service to clients.
  • Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses.
  • Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
