As a Trainee Agent, your main task will be to boost sales and revenue by effectively marketing our range of insurance products and services to potential customers. Beyond your core sales duties, you'll have the opportunity to closely collaborate with the agency team to grasp the essentials of operating a prosperous insurance agency. This role is tailored to equip you with the necessary expertise and knowledge to smoothly transition into running an agency.

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain robust relationships with clients to ensure their continuous satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, regulations, and product developments in the insurance industry.

Requirements
  • Michigan Property & Casualty License
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in the insurance industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
