The Description:

DREAMDRY is seeking skilled and enthusiastic stylists, presenting a self-motivated and positive outlook. Our Stylists provide exceptional styling and service, performing incredible results representing both their own skill set and the DreamDry brand. Stylists are invested in collaborating with colleagues to consult with one another and clients alike, ultimately providing the best possible blowout & client experience.

The Qualifications:

• Valid State Cosmetology License required
• Salon experience preferred, but not required
• Exceptional client service skills
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Desire to work in a fast-paced salon environment
• Ability to work well with a diverse staff at all times

The Responsibilities:

• Deliver efficient, consistent stylish blowouts & salon services
• Consult with each client based on the client journey and selected services
• Build a client base through exceptional client service, attention and care within the salon
• Provide & suggest the proper products and treatments for clients based on hair length, type and texture
• Assist salon management in maintaining the salon and your own individual station
