General Manager at DC Holistic Wellness

Cannabliss in Washington, DC is looking for a General Manager to join our team. We are located at 4721 Sheriff Rd. NE in Deanwood. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, motivated and engaged. YOU MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED to work in this Medical facility. You must have a valid Driver's License. You be able to pass a clean FBI Background check

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily business operations
• Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed
• Maintain excellent (patient) customer service standards
• Manage profit and loss figures
• Inventory & Ordering

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with Executive Management, co-workers and patients
• Flexible Hours (may need to work weekends)
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic that supports our values and culture
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, patient-focused workplace
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
• Education: College degree and/or credits
• Experience: At least three years of related experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), and Adobe Photoshop
• Proficient in Google Suites (Docs, Sheets, and Calendar)
• Skilled in basic computer, printer, and scanner troubleshooting
• Valid clean driver’s license (REQUIRED)
• COVID-19 Vaccination (REQUIRED by DC Department of Health & ABRA)
• Ability to pass an FBI Criminal Background check
• Ability to pass a credit check 
• Excellent customer service skills 
• Ability to work well on a team 
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, critical thinking and troubleshoot difficult situations 
• Reliable transportation
