Inside Sales Coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: Associates degree or equivalent experience

EXPERIENCE: 1 Year Minimum Experience in Industrial Customer Service positions, excellent communications ability, computer knowledge and telephone etiquette.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Ensures that the customer receive the best service possible through processing orders, preparing general correspondence, and coordinating with other functions as required. Acts as customer contact regarding pricing, scheduling, and shipping.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

• Initiate customers inquiries including ordering drawings and specifications.
• Service and respond to customers upon request, both written and verbal.
• Prepare information for invoicing Pattern Shop orders for accounting.
• Assists in the reduction of collections for Accounts Receivable.
• Organize and monitor customer phone calls, ensuring appropriate communications.
• Distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including quotations and correspondence from customers.
• Process quotations from estimates received from Engineering.
• Assist in all other Sales functions as required.
• Assists sale agents regarding quotes, shipments, and customer complaints.
