The Role:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support marketing initiatives that help us increase brand awareness, engagement, and new business. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing, stellar communication skills, and a strong ability to execute.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and visually appealing graphics for a variety of marketing materials, including advertisement graphics, website copy, blog posts, social media content, branded collateral, and email newsletters, to captivate and connect with our target audiences.
  • Event Coordination: Strategically plan and execute both internal and external events, overseeing logistics, vendor relationships, and promotional materials to ensure each event is a success.
  • Market Research: Dive into market trends, demographics, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Collateral Printing & Coordination: Handle the design, production, and procurement of marketing collateral and promotional items/swag, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with our branding and promotional goals.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Report on key marketing metrics to optimize strategies, provide insightful reports, and support management decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in marketing strategy and content creation, showcasing a diverse portfolio of projects that demonstrate your skills.
  • Good grasp of different marketing channels and tools to drive successful campaigns.
  • Strong communication, writing, and creative thinking skills to craft engaging content and strategies.
  • Team player who can juggle multiple projects at once in a collaborative setting.
  • Ability to bring creative ideas and campaigns to life effectively.
  • Skilled in writing compelling content for blogs, articles, and more.
  • Enjoy problem-solving and telling stories through visual content creation.
  • Good at managing time, handling various tasks, scheduling posts, and meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Understanding of branding and the significance of maintaining brand identity across social media platforms.
  • Bonus points for familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
