This position will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company. In essence, the Finance Manger will perform the required tasks to help the accounting office run as smooth as possible.
In order to Join the ELEVI Team you will need
- 5 years experience in accounting
- QuickBooks experience
- Possess solid organizational skills and proficiency in using computers Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Work is in the Columbia office
- Must have strong skills in organization and planning, demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment and problem solving
- Must be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for customer service
- Possess strong customer support orientation (for internal/external customers), demonstrated professional demeanor, and the ability to maintain confidential information
- Ability to prioritize tasks, exercise sound judgment and confidentiality with sensitive information
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Reconciliations
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Payroll
- Performing administrative work such as emailing customers, filing, sorting,
- Handling of the agenda for upper management including functions such as writing emails, handling incoming calls and messages, filing, record keeping, Booking travel arrangements
- Organizing and handling employee recognition programs and events
- Provide administrative and office support to high-ranking officials such as executives, directors, and C-level officers
- Performing other work-related duties as assigned
