Dynamis is seeking a Contracts Administrator to provide cradle-to-grave subcontract support primarily under federal government contracts. Working directly with project teams to satisfy subcontract/purchase order requirements from initiation through closeout.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing fast turn-around support for onboarding new subcontractors and issuing task orders and modifications to existing subcontractors to reflect changing requirements.
  • Serves as a liaison with contractors and subcontractors regarding contracting issues.
  • Maintains subcontractor database and purchase order files including modifications, flow downs, tax records, certificates of insurance etc.
  • Prepares consulting agreements; maintains a consulting agreement log.
  • Drafts contract letters, correspondence, and other communications.
  • Work with different contract types (FFP, T&M, Cost Plus and hybrids).
  • Provide purchase request support and documentation as necessary.
  • Maintains, documents and improves current knowledge of relevant contractual procedures and practices.
  • Maintain effective Purchase Order files and initiate appropriate follow-up actions as necessary to ensure timely and correct receipt of items purchased.
  • Manage supplier relationships.
  • Consistently process purchases in accordance with FAR/DFAR regulations.
  • Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns.
  • Assist Finance with any issues related to vendor invoices and reconciles discrepancies.
  • Maintains complete and accurate corporate files in accordance with all applicable regulations to facilitate internal administration and audits by outside entities.
  • Supports agency audits such as GSA, DOL, DCMA/DCAA.
Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum five years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance
  • Highly organized, attention to detail, proofreading and extensive writing tasks will be required.
  • Problem solving abilities and analytical thinking will be required in order to work around unforeseen issues.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, presentation, and written)
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a self-starter able to manage workload with minimal supervision—proactivity is essential to successful fulfillment of this role.
  • Ability to multi-task and frequently adjust priorities.
  • Experience with Unanet is a plus.
