Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC, an award-winning federal government contractor, is seeking an Business Development and Capture Analyst for a growth opportunity providing a suite of services promoting and/or developing the effective use of technology by establishing and maintaining enterprise-wide solutions. The Business Development and Capture Analyst will support the entire BD and Capture life-cycle, with a focus on analysis, analytics, writing, and presentations through the gate review cycle.

Required Qualifications:

  • Identify pursuits (pull from TM, eBuy, GovWin, etc.)
  • Conduct opportunity analysis, developing assessments based on:
    • Solicitation Size, Scope, and Complexity
    • Alignment to core competencies
    • Past Performances and Corporate Experience based on solicitation needs and program goals
    • Development of initial Probability of Win (PWIN) and Probably of Go (PGO) analysis
  • Lead and/or participate in coordinating development of RFI responses
  • Document and maintain Salesforce records

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Produce "forecast calendars" for resources as timing of solicitations become clearer. Coordinate with teams to ensure availability of Solution Architects, Proposal Manager, Technical Writers, Pricers, Graphics Artists, etc.
  • Prioritize capture efforts based on complex set of criteria, with ability to identify and justify recommendations
  • Coordinate initial Solution Architecture meetings with technical SMEs.
  • Develop business intelligence on incumbents
  • Propose Teaming Partners
  • Produce Gap Analyses
  • Update PWIN/PGO analysis
  • In collaboration with Harmonia's Joint Venture partners, take active role in coordinating BD/Capture activities with business partners.
  • Maintain Salesforce records

Desired Experience:

  • Knowledge of Shipley Business Development model
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM tool
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with proposal writing, including technical and management sections
  • Able to multi-task and handle multiple, parallel assignments
  • Excellent verbal and presentation skills
  • Prefer candidates with at least 5 years of BD and/or Capture experience.

Prefer candidates with knowledge and experience supporting the Department of Treasury and/or Department of Commerce. Experience at Securities and Exchange Commission and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is also helpful.
