Why You? 

You are a punctual, driven and detail-oriented hospitality professional looking for an opportunity to expand your skill set. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on the exciting energy of a busy night, even mid-week. You have a sense of genuine hospitality for guests and a passion for delicious and accessible food. You ideally have a minimum of one year experience in a hospitality leadership role and have worked in multiple roles in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.   

The Day to Day. 

Ensure that all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs are followed and completed. Uphold Destination Hospitality standards of service, quality, facility appearance, cleanliness, and sanitation through training of employees. Constantly develop staff in food knowledge and execution. 

In the absence of the General Manager, effectively supervise floor staff to ensure professional service standards, grooming and appearance standards, and guest satisfaction during hours of operation.  

Act as the Manager on duty when the General Manager is absent. Complete daily duties, prepare and print menu materials, resolve guest complaints, maintain compliance with regulations and sanitation expectations, reconcile daily cash handling, maintain an engaged and helpful presence on the dining room floor and complete end of shift communications.  

Provide consistent genuine hospitality with heart and style while creating a positive, productive work environment. 

Build rapport with Destination Hospitality’s guests and ensure an enjoyable and memorable experience. 

Work closely and with all DH leadership and help establish and promote open lines of communication between front of the house and back of the house. 

Establish role as a spokesperson for the restaurant within the community and with Destination Hospitality’s guests. 

Assist with inventory control and product ordering, receiving and tracking. Purchasing of equipment and supplies. 

Compensation - $60k- 70k annually DOE and access to our comprehensive benefits program after 60 days.  

  • Winter Wellness Bonus of $1000 after satisfying minimum average hourly requirements over the winter season. 
  • Full time team members are eligible for group health insurance after 60-days. Destination Hospitality contributes up to $250 per month toward overall individual premiums for eligible enrolled employees. 
  • Accumulated PTO (Paid Time Off). 
  • Paid sick days 
  • Tuition reimbursement for industry related coursework up to $1k per year 

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $30.00 - $35.00/hour.
