Dog Walker/Pet Sitter

Due to a year of incredible growth, Milwaukee Paws Pet Care is expanding our team again. We are a certified woman owned business, who provides personalized care to over 300 clients weekly. We work with all pets, and specialize in providing enrichment, socialization and personalized care with compassion, patience and love. Our team is built of dedicated professionals, who are highly trained to meet the demands of this job. We are seeking additions to our team who are creative, dedicated, kind, have an ability to think on their feet and love the outdoors in any weather.
We offer solo and group hikes: 
As a Pack walk leader, you will be responsible for walking 2-6 dogs at a time while hiking local hiking trails, exploring local parks or taking the groups to specified locations. We offer Urban Adventure Decompression walks, Long line adventures and Group hikes. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to confidently handle multiple dogs while exploring in all weather, have reliable transportation and a working smart phone. This position does require you to transport dogs in your car on a regular basis.
Dog walking/Pet Sitting:
We offer dog walking and pet sitting as well! Dog walking may include walking multiple dogs from the same home or solo dogs. Dogs are picked up in the clients home and walked in their neighborhoods. As a pet sitter, we are looking for individuals who are able to work with a variety of animals and have great attention to detail. Our ideal candidate will have reliable transportation and a working smart phone as well as a desire to provide the best care to our pets.
Enrichment Services:
We offer visits focused on Cognitive and social enrichment for all of our pets. Our Enrichment specialists will receive specialized training to be able to provide this much needed service to our clients. This position requires transporting of dogs and meeting with pets in their home so reliable transportation is a must.

Milwaukee Paws Pet Care has had multiple years of growth- we are continuing to grown and have great employee retention because of the environment. We are seeking multiple people to help fill the roles we have open. Positions include Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, Monday- Friday 10-3, Weekends (every other weekend), and Monday-Friday evenings 5-9pm. We offer full time or part time, but do require that part time be a minimum of three days a week to offer consistency to our team and clients. There is always room to pick up more shifts and we offer a holiday and weekend differential.

We pay per job. Each employee makes an average of $13-18 per hour with tips. Part time team members working three days a week can expect to start making $250-$400 per week. All team members have room to grow as we grow and expand. 

We currently service Bay View, Milwaukee, Wauwatosa, Shorewood, Whitefish Bay, Fox Point, West Milwaukee, Glendale and River Hills.
