Electrician

Coeur Mining, Inc. is the largest U.S.-based primary silver producer and a growing gold producer. The Company has five precious metals mines in the Americas generating strong production, sales, and cash flow.

Coeur Rochester, a subsidiary of Coeur Mining Inc. based near Lovelock, Nevada, is seeking an Electrician to join our team at the Rochester Mine.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of industrial electrical troubleshooting and maintenance
• Be proficient with industrial motor control systems for maintenance and troubleshooting
• When required, be able to cover CRI’s rotating shift schedule
• Maintain scheduled work and to be able to fill out work orders upon task completion
• Work on new projects as part of a team
• When required, work overtime in support of CRI’s operations
• Maintain current NFPA70e training and compliance
• Maintain required tool inventory

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent skills in organization, presentation, and written and verbal communications
• Computer experience preferred
• Graduation from an accredited electrical program such as JATC, or Great Basin CC Electrical curriculum.
• A minimum 5 years field industrial electrical experience.

Recommended:

• Experience in mining electrical systems
• Experience in 480 volt motor, power and control
• Experience in 4160 volt motor power and control, and process plant instrumentation

• Hourly Rate Range: $34.24 – $44.48 (DOE)
• Quarterly bonus up to $4,100 (up to $16,400 annually)
