In this role, you will be responsible for managing client interactions, delivering timely updates, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their legal journey.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met
  • Collaborate with the legal team to provide timely and accurate updates to clients regarding the progress of their cases
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Monitor the conference room calendar for meetings, depositions, and mediations
  • Assist clients with the completion of legal documents and the disbursement process
