Position Overview:

Join our team as Banquet Staff and be an integral part of creating unforgettable events and experiences for our guests. We are looking for dedicated individuals who can handle setup, cleanup, bussing, beverage service, and guest assistance with enthusiasm and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Setup and breakdown of event spaces according to provided diagrams and instructions.
• Efficiently bus tables during events to maintain cleanliness and guest comfort.
• Serve beverages and assist with food service as needed, ensuring guests' needs are met promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest inquiries and fulfilling requests.
• Collaborate with the event team to ensure smooth execution of events from start to finish.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in banquet or event setup preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Schedule and Compensation:

• This position is part-time, with variable hours based on business needs.
