Pay rate: $34 - $38/hr. (depending on ability to drive to other areas) 


Location: Northern Virginia (Dumfries, Leesburg, Alexandria, Sterling) 


Overview:

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our healthcare team. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care to our residents/patients, promoting their well-being, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care:
    • Assist residents/patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
    • Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
    • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
    • Vital Signs and Documentation:
    • Take and record vital signs accurately.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient care activities and observations.
  • Mobility Assistance:
    • Help residents with mobility, transferring, and positioning to promote independence and prevent complications.
  • Nutritional Support:
    • Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding residents who require assistance.
    • Monitor and report changes in residents' dietary habits or intake.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the nursing and healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
    • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.


Qualifications:


Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Certification and Licensed from an accredited program. 
Current CPR certification.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
