Responsibilities – Sales Consultant:

• Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, establish rapport, and understand their needs and preferences
• Conduct thorough product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Infiniti vehicles, highlighting their luxury, performance, and advanced technologies
• Assist customers in selecting the most suitable INFINITI model, trim, and options based on their requirements and budget
• Perform test drives, and present vehicle product information, pricing, and incentives
• Follow-up with customers to maintain the relationships and deliver a quality experience
• Answer/make calls and respond to internet inquiries / generate leads
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction, address any additional needs, and cultivate long-term relationships

Qualifications/Requirements – Sales Consultant:

• Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably with luxury or high-end brands
• In-depth knowledge of INFINITI vehicles, their features, performance capabilities, and competitive advantages preferred
• At least 2 years of great customer service
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively listen and understand customer needs
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining accurate sales records and documentation
• Ability to commute to Mesa, AZ 85206 or plans to relocate before starting work
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by the dealership
