**Personal Trainers design and execute individualized fitness and health plans for residents. The personal trainer is responsible for conducting individualized consultations, helping residents develop fitness goals, developing nutrition plans, and collaborating with culinary teams to develop RUI FIT menu items. REQUIREMENTS:
* High School Diploma.
* ISSA, NASM, or NCSF Personal Training certification required.
* Experience training older adults.
* Senior Fitness Certification preferred.
* CPR and First Aid certified.
* Must be in designated uniform during work hours.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Ability to inspire others.
* Self-motivated to serve customers and achieve success. Proactively identifies and solves problems.
* Must be able to exert up to 50 lbs of force regularly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects including the human body.
