Basic ability to read, write and speak English is required to comply with verbal directions, signs, policies and procedures.

The Wholesale Picker Packer picks and packs merchandise for shipment and prepares all necessary paperwork. This role is also responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product produced.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Picks products according to order, either manually or with electronic scanning devices.

* Lifts, stacks, and arranges product on a pallet in preparation for shipment.

* Generates labels and prepares paperwork necessary for order shipment.

* Follows safety rules and SOPs guidelines.

* Maintains a clean and orderly work area.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:

* High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

* Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred.

SKILLS:

* Basic computer skills.

* Basic mathematical skills.

* Basic ability to read, write and speak English is required to comply with verbal directions, signs, policies and procedures.

* Physical ability to repetitively lift, stand, climb, bend, etc within a manufacturing environment.

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $17.00-$19.50. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
