IRT Catering, a division of the IRT Group is in the process of developing our business of the future. Our Unanderra facility produces over 40,000 home-style and nutritious meals each week. We have a team of dedicated professionals who ensure we deliver the highest quality products for our customers.

**About the role:**

We are seeking to appoint a Storeman and Truck Driver to work 30 hours per week on a part-time basis. Reporting to the Stores Officer, this role plays a key part in ensuring all goods that are dispatched are received on time whilst maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

**Your responsibilities will include:**

* Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment at all times

* Accurate receipt and storage of goods as well as picking up and delivering of supplies and products to clients as requested

* Ensure appropriate documentation, including temperature check charts are completed and returned at the end of each shift.

* Checking the vehicle condition and safety prior to loading

* Adhering to road rules and other legislative requirements

* Ensuring correct quantities are delivered by checking bags and trays against delivery dockets

* Delivering a high level of customer service

**To be successful you will:**

* Demonstrated experiences as a Stores Officer

* Hold a current Medium Rigid (MR) licence

* Hold a valid forklift licence and ability to operate

* Extensive previous experience driving heavy vehicles delivering goods

* Demonstrated experience with driving refrigerated loads

* Have strong customer service skills, as well as good written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy
