**Your day-to-day looks like this**

* **Lead** your team from the front lines as you negotiate the sales process like a true professional.

* **Develop** your team of sales associates to ensure they are delivering an exceptional customer experience each time.

* **Inspire** your team to want to give their very best efforts. Through your leadership, we need team members who are inspired to grow their skills and rank in our company.

* **Manage** your location to ensure that inventory levels are appropriate, the sales systems are accurate and company policies and procedures are adhered to.

* **React** to sales reports, inventory updates, and company initiatives in a timely and efficient manner.

* **Work** side-by-side with your Assistant Manager to help him or her develop the skills needed to be a successful store manager for the organization.

**Job requirements**

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Some college or a degree is preferred.

* Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager in a similar field. Wireless Industry experience is a must for this role.

* Proven sales and customer service abilities

* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base is desired.

* Motivating, confident, positive team leader with an ability to inspire others.

* A knack for technology, telecommunications, and the ability to learn wireless quickly.

* Strong computer skills

* Being bilingual would be a huge plus!
