The Partnership Sales Manager is responsible for cultivating relationships with third-party ticket resellers and/or organizations that result in conversions, loyalty, and advocacy.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Represent the Sight & Sound brand in all interpersonal interactions, including community events and sales travel.

* Promote Sight & Sound Theatres as a premier attraction in both Lancaster, PA, and Branson, MO, at trade shows, sales conferences, community events, marketplaces, and conventions (in-person and virtual).

* Prospect for new business, follow up on sales leads and conduct outside sales calls to grow audience segments and attendance that align with the overarching Marketing and Customer Strategy.

* Maximize revenue by selling current and future shows coming to the Sight & Sound stage to previous, current, and potential third-party businesses and/or organizations.

* Cultivate and build rapport with existing business and/or organizational partnerships by devoting attention to intentional touchpoints and monitoring sales data.

* Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure business and/or organizational partners understand show offerings, media toolkit contents, policies, and procedures.

* Uphold and monitor partnership standards to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.

* Remedy partner issues with a focus on mutual satisfaction.

* All other duties as assigned.

**Prerequisites:**

* Outgoing and relational disposition; ability to build rapport and nurture connections

* High regard for performance criteria and metrics.

* Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

* Ability to bring initiatives to completion.

* Willingness/flexibility to travel throughout the year.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
