This includes spearheading client contract negotiations, and accurately forecasting monthly and quarterly revenues. Maintain clear communication regarding ongoing sales activities, reporting regularly through sales pipeline updates, participating in weekly sales meetings, and updating the team on activity status and next steps for specific opportunities. Seek necessary support when required. Exhibit a flexible approach to working hours, demonstrating readiness to work late hours during the week and on weekends, as necessary. Consistently focus on personal leadership development and training, while ensuring the team employs effective sales strategies to meet revenue objectives. Generate new leads, while building and nurturing relationships with both direct clients and agencies. Monitor sales activities to ensure they are on track to meet or exceed revenue targets. Develop client-centric sales proposals and packages to offer to clients and agencies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitive offerings, and potential partners. Monitor working hours, enforce discipline, and ensure excellent communication and service are provided to clients and agencies. Provide a weekly report to the Head of Sales. Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the line manager or the management team. Job Requirements: BBA or MBA in Sales/Marketing or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience working in frontline sales, Media/Digital/Services sector is an advantage. Fluency in English Speaking & Writing. Excellent knowledge of MS. Office, Advanced PowerPoint is an asset Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations. Friendly, Patience, Sociable, Passion for Sales and interested in media industry is encouraged.
