Position Summary The TeamAI & Data is an integrated team of data and AI technologists working across Operate, AI, and Engineering. Creating integrated, trusted, and high functioning platforms and enabling intelligent operations.As a Senior Manager in our AI & Data Team are expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:Engagement Management: Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement riskClient Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsorsBusiness Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategiesPeople Development: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local officesQualificationsRequired:8+ years experience with relevant technology consulting experience to include: enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures for data and analytics, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management3+ years experience leading, managing and delivering Managed Services technology engagements end-to-end with resources in multiple locations5+ years of experience in a sales capacity to include: shaping Executive-level conversations and providing strategic advice, including selling and solutioning deals, with a proven track record in sales origination4+ years of experience in one or more of our Commercial focus industry sectors (Financial Services/Banking, Consumer/Transport & Hospitality)3+ years experience with large-scale application portfolios in enterprise-wide environments (including migration of on-premise workloads to the cloud)5+ years experience with at least one of the following cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Service (AWS) and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Bachelor’s DegreeAbility to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveLimited immigration sponsorship may be availablePreferred:Spark, Storm or related paradigms and associated languages such as Pig, Hive, Mahout, plus advanced skills in Java/C++, R, Python, etcExperienced programming knowledge in both SAS and SQL, Operating system experience with UNIX and relational database knowledge such as ORACLE/TERADATA.
