Legal Counsel

DescriptionRobert Half is working with a client in the East Bay seeking a Legal Counsel to join their team. Responsibilities include: Review and negotiate contracts for construction projects, subcontractors, vendors, detail oriented services and technology agreements. Assist Estimating Department and field personnel with contract and insurance matters. Research and provide responses to bid and pre-qualification questions. Review and negotiate contractual insurance requirements. Oversee Certificate of Insurance reviews and issuance. Review, enroll and track OCIP agreements. Manage insurance program coverage during review and renewal phases.
