We move fast, with precision, and always execute with privacy at the forefront.Snap Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our AV Operations team. What you’ll do:Manage and deliver programs for the AV Operations team, including developing project plans and budgets, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality deliveryDevelop and manage metrics to track the health of services and ensure program successManage and monitor cloud services to ensure they are performing to requirements and expectationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, TechLounge,and Workplace Experience (Facilities), to align and deliver on project goals and objectivesBuild and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and clients, to ensure effective communication and a smooth project flowManage risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop contingency plans as needed to ensure project successDevelop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and presentationsAct as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, including translating company and product strategies into technical roadmaps and requirementsStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the audiovisual industry and leverage new innovations to improve program deliveryKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Experience in managing and measuring program success using metrics and data analysisStrong experience in developing and managing cloud servicesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problemsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong understanding of audiovisual technologies, including video conferencing, audio systems, and control systemsExperience managing multiple vendor relationshipsMinimum QualificationsAt least 5 years of experience in technical program management in the audiovisual or related industry, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to a high standardFamiliarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, and other project management and collaboration softwareExperience supporting enterprise AV technologies which may include video conferencing systems, digital signage and other AV-related technologiesPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Audiovisual Engineering, or a related fieldExperience managing teams, including performance management, career development, and mentoringCompensationIn the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $165,000 - 230,000 annuallyZone B: The base salary range for this position is $157,000 - 219,000 annuallyZone C: The base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $196,000 annuallyThis position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs"Default Together" Policy at SnapAt Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration.
