Manage resources and timing for current and future stages.Oversee execution and delivery of all projects and programs within span of program control.Provide oversight and coordinate necessary teams to prepare, execute and govern a large program consisting of multiple workstreamsEnsure team is working within project/program scope and effectively coordinate the activities of the team to meet project milestones.Initiate, lead and communicate project/program assessments and lessons learned.Proactively identify changes in project/program scope and assure appropriate measures are taken to reassess and amend requirements, budget, and timeline.Participate in the development and implementation of innovation plans.Create and deliver project and program review presentations.
