AVP, Technology Finance

DescriptionYour Role Reporting directly to the VP of Technology Finance, the AVP Finance will play a key role as part of the Technology leadership team.  The AVP will lead two teams (nine professionals). Both teams have global responsibilities – the first responsible for the Enterprise IT Project Financials & IT Plan of Record, and the second responsible for IT Global Resource Management. This is a key senior leadership role in support of the VS IT CIO, the Enterprise Technology Council and numerous IT Project Steering Committees. This role partners heavily with the IT PMO and the business to support the technology work intake process as well as prioritization and tracking of IT project financials (including monthly close/accruals), budgets and forecasts.In addition, this role leads the IT Resource Management Function supporting labor assignment, tracking, dashboards and optimization (internal and external labor) for a global IT organization with 1,000+ associates and 200+ contractors.This role is also the primary lead for financial support of VS IT third-party service arrangements (i.e. TSA’s with BBW, China JV) including associated governance and control processes.  Why You Belong Here  At Victoria’s Secret & Co, we acknowledge your value. This includes gaining alignment and support of Senior Business Leaders (CIO, Technology Council, Project Reviews) to support the prioritization and management of overall technology investment based on business value. Provides thought leadership, process management, business insights and business case development for 100+ projects annually as well as subsequent benefits realization tracking processesWorks across Finance leaders, Project Management leaders and Business leaders to develop a multiyear project roadmap and financial model in support of the Global IT organizationLeads cost management, tracking, vendor contracts management, costing and project support (including review/approval processes) for various transition services agreements between VS and various third-party partnersServes as the VS Finance “Pillar Lead” for various key technology programs in support of cross-company business cases development and associated financials including post-completion reviews (benefit realization)Resource ManagementManages the global technology labor resource mix optimization (hours/cost) in support of the VS technology roadmap and project portfolio (current year and LRP). Responsible for management of the VS IT time reporting system and associated processes & policies, including education of new IT associatesProvide a dashboard of key Resource Management metrics and insights to the VS&Co CIO (and direct reports) to support optimized management of the global IT workforce of 1,000+ associates and 200+ contractorsDrive analytical thinking while removing operational constraints across the team to improve speed and quality. Minimum Salary: $170,000.00Maximum Salary: $236,250.00VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.QualificationsYour ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Program ManagementExperience in cash flow and profit and loss analysis.  General business analysis leading to operational change highly desired.Demonstrated ability to add value to an organization.
