What you’ll love about this role: You will lead a small technology team who supports our customer care teams transacting within salesforce service cloud. It’s a fast-paced role that brings a variety of tasks and items that you will be responsible for such as: Salesforce Application integration design with optimal performance results and meeting business requirementsMaintaining the health of the Salesforce Service Cloud application and lead by example on the DevOps modelDeveloping and demoing new ideas or integrations adding value to the business operationsTeam building and coaching and development of direct reportsTime and capacity management for initiatives to support business growthSupporting the product management team with agile development inclusive of technical recommendations, defect resolution and requirement gathering Supporting and troubleshooting when a level 1 integration or application issue is discovered and engaging appropriate vendors if neededAnalyzing issues with your team and engaging the appropriate development teams if necessaryUnderstanding data mapping with the order management system and other systems to support current and future business requirements and projectsSupporting and understanding needed configuration or development changes within the application to support business requirements or resolution of issuesUnderstanding and executing queries of data with analysis to support troubleshooting or problems or business questionsProviding on call support Click here for benefit details related to this position.Minimum Salary: $121,000.00Maximum Salary: $165,060.00VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown.
