Liaise with other areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project.Design, communicate, and implement a project plan for completing a project; Monitor progress and performance against the project plan.Conduct project meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.Coach and mentor project staff and assist them to solve problems. Provides ongoing coaching and mentoring to Sponsors, BB/GB candidates on proper use of tools and improvement processes.Facilitates workshops and kaizen events for complex initiatives and projects.Identify and, if needed, design value stream and project metrics and key performance indicators (qualitative and quantitative) to measure improvement success.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, YOU’LL BRINGRequiredBachelors Degree Minimum 10 yearsApply Now* Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.
