They will have direct profit/loss responsibilities for the group. This person will be responsible for the product roadmap, coordinating activities of the group’s account management, business development and sales. Ensuring that the solutions are delivered in a manner that exceeds client expectations.ResponsibilitiesContributing to definition of overall direction and strategic initiatives for the business.Demonstrating sound business judgment, innovation in approaching business challenges and the ability to translate a strategic plan into operating results.Spearheading the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.Developing annual long-range profit and strategic plans necessary to ensure future sales and profit growth.Ensuring the development of marketing plans that will appeal to a variety of customers to support sales and profit objectives.Tracking and responds to changes in market conditions by implementing necessary changes to the organization.Driving signings growth by partnering with Account Managers in established and new accounts.Having experience providing a plan of care to determine self-care or referral for a medical evaluationAnticipating and alerts the senior executive team of financial issues and opportunities within the designated business units.Requirements10+ years of experience in management roles of increasing responsibility. Demonstrated experience leading and managing a services business with full P&L responsibility/. P&L of $45M with over 200 global employees.Have a bachelor's degree.Have a demonstrated open, collaborative leadership style. Capable of inspiring a team, despite the changing opportunities.Need an excellent reputation of partnering with other services providers and practices, including various internal practice areas.Be able to showcase that you are a subject matter expertise in the Lockbox and Payments outsourcing industry is a plus.Travel of approximately 25% expected.Flexible WorkingAt Conduent, we want you to be yourself.
