The right person loves transforming data into actionable insights and is adept at storytelling through visualization. This role is an exciting opportunity to drive our analytics function while crafting the long-term strategy for a data-driven operating model. What You’ll Do The Lead, TA Analytics will wear many hats and drive the execution of key aspects of our long-term strategy. Your core role will involve: Program Management Develop and implement a strategy for a data-driven operating model Consult across the recruiting organization to ensure data literacy and provide thought leadership and education to improve understanding Leverage a deep understanding of business concepts to influence and drive cross-team initiatives and roadmaps Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager to design and manage the analytics program roadmap, proactively identifying better solutions aligned with our strategy Visualization & Insights Analyze and interpret data to extract meaningful insights; Clearly and concisely communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership Conceptualize visually appealing, user-friendly dashboards Proactively identify and recommend improvements to reporting processes, programs, and products Strategy Development & Leadership Lead analytics programs and strategies across global TA including the dashboard management program Build deep understanding of business concepts, understand the strategic impact of risks and issues, build strategy to support organizational goals while proactively mitigating risks Autonomously handle multiple projects/programs ensuring seamless communication across teams Take initiative to identify and resolve underlying systematic issues and actively address issues before they become recurring problems What You’ll Need to Succeed 8+ years of analytical or technical experience; 3+ years working with HR or recruiting Expert time management skills and the ability to set own and team priorities effectively balancing between critical short-term issues and strategic goals Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messages and summarize information at the right altitude to influence and negotiate with project executives and stakeholders for successful deployment of projects/products Understanding of compliance landscape for data privacy and AI (GDPR, etc.) Strong program/project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple highly visible initiatives Attention to detail, creative problem solving-skills, and analytical approach Self-motivated and committed to continuous process improvement Experience with HR analytics tools like Workday Reporting, Phenom Analytics preferred Proven ability with PowerBI or similar visualization tool Comfortability with ambiguity and change and ability to work autonomously with limited oversight; prior management experience preferred Familiarity with principles of I/O psychology Demonstrated ability to understand strategic differentiators and business trends to ensure effective project implementation and program oversight Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $131,300 -- $239,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
