The position focuses primarily on content strategy and analysis.  The ideal candidate has a passion for financial analysis, tax and accounting process, is a skilled communicator, and possesses a desire to partner with cross functional and external stakeholders to drive positive business outcomes. This strategic and tactical role supports CAA’s Member Services strategic initiatives by building and deploying robust plans and processes. The Manager will run and operate the day to day functions of Member Services and partner with the Member Services Leader to define the strategy.The role adheres to strict Confidentiality requirements regarding employee compensation and other sensitive topics. The role is hybrid requiring 3-4 days/week in the Los Angeles office.ResponsibilitiesThe Director’s responsibilities include the following:Partner with SVP to build and deploy Member Service strategy and developmentRefine and develop scalable systems that drive Member satisfactionPartner closely with Finance and Accounting colleagues as well as cross functional and external stakeholders to drive Member Services strategic initiativesAnalyze existing processes, systems and communication channels to identify opportunities for improvement and drive actionable solutionsSupport for Corporate Finance teams such as Tax, Accounting and Treasury as needed and partner with cross functional leaders on those teamsProvide high-quality data and analysis as needed to senior leaderBuild relationships within Finance and Accounting and cross functionallyProvides leadership, coaching and guidance to direct reportsOther duties as assigned QualificationsBS or BA required with a concentration in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or EconomicsCPA or MBA8+ years financial analysis, tax and/or public accounting experience required  with 2+ years private equity or partnership experience​Sports and/or Entertainment industry experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Finance requiredStrong time management, decision-making, attention to detail, and interpersonal and communication skills requiredAbility to work well under pressure; meet tight deadlines; manage multiple projects and expectations; and maintain a sharp focus while managing competing prioritiesLocationThis role is hybrid, based out of the Los Angeles office.Compensation: The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $165,000 - $220,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus.
