Our tenure and validated achievements make Cognizant a front runner to propose dedicated approaches for the CIS Practice.The role:As the CIS Pre-Sales Cloud/AI Solutions Lead you will demonstrate your diverse enterprise platform transformation expertise to develop and implement pre-sales strategies that will optimize customer experience, enhance retention, and cultivate long-term relationships. This role is client-facing, highly collaborative with the Delivery and Sales/Account teams, and requires dedication to guiding and mentoring a team.Design technical vision and pre-sales strategy in alignment with CIS practicesDrive large-scale cloud platform transformation solutioning related to AI, Autmation tools (i.e. Automation anywhere, Ayehu,  Selenium), DevSecOps, Enterprise Service Management, Dynatrace, AppDynamics and related Monitoring toolsDevelop project roadmap and define all goals, metrics, and benchmarksServe clients as a trusted advisor and leading advocate to best support their needsLead and support a team of managers, encouraging our promise to grow with an inclusive and high caliber team with heartWork cross-functionally to understand client objectives and address challengesFind opportunities to increase service value, growth prospects and Cognizant return on investmentCollaborate and work across industry verticals to come up with solutions which will help our clients in achieving their goals in a proficient manner Help transform the client to digitalization of their enterprise using platforms like ServiceNow You must have:15+ years dedicated experience in IT with related large-scale platform integration and transformation knowledge8-10 years proven abilities in solution design and/or delivery leadership preferably from a leading CSI partnerRelated solution build experience across multiple Cloud platforms including AI, Automation tools (i.e. Automation anywhere, Ayehu,  Selenium), DevSecOps, Enterprise Service Management, Dynatrace, AppDynamics and/or related Monitoring toolsAbility to travel 50-75%Bachelor’s degree requiredYou’ll stand out if you have:Additional industry specializationUnderstanding of full stack enterprise using Hybrid or Cloud architecture Experience integrating with other enterprise systemsWork AuthorizationCognizant will only consider applicants who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.) Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary is between $180,000-$200,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. The role is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
