Position Responsibilities

As a senior software engineer, you will play a key role in the development of our new line of SaaS solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and reliable SaaS solutions.

• Contributing to and driving design and architecture decisions, aligning them with the product roadmap and business objectives.

• Championing best practices in software development and service delivery, including agile methodologies, code reviews, unit testing, CI/CD, and TDD.

• Collaborating closely with geographically distributed and cross-functional team members and stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

• Staying updated with industry trends and advancements to enhance our development processes and service offering.

• Fostering a culture of learning, growth and productivity within the team

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software solution development and delivery, preferably with a SaaS delivery model.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development using Java.

• Experience developing solutions based on a microservice architecture.

• Significant experience with a cloud infrastructure platform (e.g. OCI, AWS, Azure, etc).

• A proven record of participating in development activities for a startup or fast-moving enterprise, with a successful delivery track record in a high-growth and matrixed environment.

• Experience with ORMs.

• Experience with one or more RDBMS such as Oracle, PostgreSQL or SQL Server

• Proven experience with industry best practices, including TDD, CI/CD, agile methodologies, code reviews, unit testing, and automation.
  US Citizenship is required for this position.
