Fleet Innovation Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analytical Focus: Derive meaningful insights from fleet telematic data, steering operational enhancements with informed decision-making.
• Data Visualization: Utilize visualization tools to present data effectively, enhancing communication of insights to stakeholders.
• Troubleshooting and Diagnostic Analysis: Identify root causes of inefficiencies and defects in fleet equipment through detailed analysis.
• Technical Proficiency: Showcase expertise in Python, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and interpretation.
• Coordination of Technical Solutions: Oversee the implementation of technical solutions, minimizing downtime through effective repairs and replacements.
• System Design and Functionality: Play a key role in enhancing internal systems, aiding design and functionality using various programming languages.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards, emphasizing safety and efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to identifying and implementing process improvements in fleet analytics.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets. (Required 1-2 years)
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Python, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, and advanced Excel skills. (Required 1-2 years)
• Data Visualization: Experience with visualization tools is a significant plus. (Required 1-2 years)
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of hours-of-service regulations and electronic logging devices (ELDs).
