Position Description: ThinkTek is seeking a Industrial Security (IS) subject matter expert to support the development of a enterprise-level capability for IS information management to assess information to support a Common Operating Picture of Risk for the DoD, NISP oversight mission and FOCI Rick Management Requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders from various departments and levels within the organization to understand their current workflows, pain points, and requirements related to industrial security processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, prioritize, and document business requirements. Ensure that requirements are clear, concise, and aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.
• Maintain a requirements traceability matrix to track the relationship between business requirements, functional specifications, test cases, and system components. Ensure that all requirements are properly documented and managed throughout the development lifecycle.
• Leverage industry knowledge to inform decision-making and ensure that the replacement system remains compliant and competitive.
  
• Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency gains within the industrial security domain.
• Organize workshops or meetings with stakeholders to validate requirements, gather feedback, and resolve any conflicts or ambiguities. Foster collaboration and consensus among cross-functional teams.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications that outline the features, capabilities, and workflows of the replacement system. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with system architecture.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• At least five(5) years' experience overseeing or managing IS operations
• Experience in developing business requirements for DCSA NISS
• SME level knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and National Industrial Security Program (NISP)
• Current Secret security clearance verifiable through DISS-JVS, and prior to start date
