The facility is also open to hiring RNs that are open to full time, or part time shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe and professional nursing practice within established standards and HSL core competencies, maintaining accountability for assigned patients in a primary nursing model.
• Collaborate with the clinical support team, adhere to best practices, and implement evidence-based interventions for optimal patient outcomes.
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record, delegate/supervise clinical care, and participate in shared governance and performance improvement projects.

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Must be professional, proactive, and collaborative
• Demonstrates empathy and compassion in providing patient care
