We're currently on the lookout for a dedicated and personable CSR/Dispatcher to join our exceptional team in Lee's Summit.
As the first point of contact for our valued customers and clients, this team member plays a crucial role. We're seeking a candidate who embodies traits of high reliability, exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and self-motivation.
Position Details:
- Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience + Benefits
Benefits Include: On-the-job training, medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, a flexible spending account, an employee assistance program, paid holidays, and a weekly payday every Friday.
Required Qualifications / Achievements:
- Prior dispatching experience, especially in HVAC or related home services, is highly advantageous
- Geographical knowledge of the service area or strong map-reading skills
- Experience in the maintenance industry
- Advanced customer service skills
- Polished phone etiquette with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work on-site during designated hours
- Proficient in computer skills
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Desired Qualifications / Achievements:
- Working knowledge of the HVAC industry
- Experience with Service Titan dispatching software is a significant plus
- Advanced understanding of software technologies, including Windows OS
