Job Description
We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Collections professional to join our team in a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate will show reliability and dedication to the team, as well as the company. Great communication skills and QuickBooks experience are preferred or proven working experience with another finance related software required. We're looking forward to meeting all those who apply for this role.
***This position will be in office, full-time, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Manage account collections process
- Manage customer setup process, including billing, credit and contact information
- Create and distribute customer invoices
- Work with customers with their invoice details
- Perform daily payment duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating client accounts based on payments, and updating the deposit reports.
- Communicate with clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
- Collections: 5 years required
- B2B Collections desired
- Customer Service: 3-5 years required
- One year of QuickBooks experience preferred or proven working experience with another finance related software
- Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life and AD&D
