Title: Field Sourcing Specialist—Bilingual Spanish/English required

This is a new position designed to develop and deliver talent acquisition strategies that identifies and engages the top talent in the construction trades market. Muller Inc seeking to hire Field Sourcing Specialist to lead the implementation of sourcing strategies for our field construction operations. Ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of construction operations and general working knowledge of the commercial service industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Help increase and consistently build relationships in Northern Virginia and surrounding counties to generate hiring prospects
  • Attend industry specific recruiting events throughout our market area and provide feedback and summary of events attended
  • Facilitate recruiting events and other creative strategies to engage potential candidates/prospects
  • Plans and conducts college recruiting programs
  • Work closely with marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges
  • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
  • Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry
  • Develop key relationships with community leaders and association leaders to create long lasting pipelines for applicants

Requirements:

  • Spanish and English Fluency is required
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manger or Sales Representative for at least 3 years within the Construction or Commercial Trades Industry (i.e., landscaping, concrete, asphalt, equipment rental etc.)
  • Working experience with social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, twitter)
  • Strong networking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build client-centric and solution/value-based proposals
  • Broad-based knowledge of the components of the construction or commercial trades industry
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
