Automotive Service Advisor Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Manassas VA EARNING POTENTIAL UP TO $180,000+ PER YEAR Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has an opportunity for the right individual that speaks Spanish to join our service team, as a Service Advisor. We have a huge Hispanic clientele that demands a Service Advisor that speaks their language and understands how to deal with their vehicle needs. 80 Walk in clients daily Brand new State of the Art, Multi-Million Dollar facility Full Climate Controlled Service Shop and Service Drive 25 Factory certified technicians Business Development Center to handle all incoming appointment setting Lindsay, “Washington Metro’s Best Auto Dealer Workplace.” We will offer up to a $5k sign-on bonus for the right qualified candidates! Responsibilities will Include: Write service repair orders & follow up with Service Clientele Create and maintain working relationships with Clients and Technicians Address the primary reason for the service visit and present recommended maintenance. Achieve monthly performance goals while maintaining superior Customer Satisfaction. Maintain communication with the customer throughout the day and deliver on our value proposition while utilizing Text, Email, and Voice communication.
