North Country HealthCare is transforming healthcare for rural Arizona as a Primary Care, Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center. We provide Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Dental, Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Health services to the under-served population throughout northern Arizona. Show Low Arizona is a community of about 10,000 people and sits at an elevation of 6,300 feet. Residents enjoy a true four-season climate with snow skiing in the winters, fishing at numerous mountain lakes in the summers, and plenty of hiking and outdoor activities all year long.


Must be willing to travel. This position is split between Show Low and Round Valley, AZ.

The Dental Hygienist is a licensed dental provider engaged in the general practice of dental/oral hygiene and all related or associated duties including patient/community education, clinical and therapeutic dental hygiene procedures under the supervision of a licensed dentist.

  • Hold or be eligible to obtain an Arizona license. Certificate of completion from accredited Dental Hygiene Program.
  • Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
