Girls Gymnastics Instructor/Coach

This position works closely with our Program Squad Leaders and our Programs Development Manager. In our gymnastics program, we work to teach the knowledge and the basic techniques used by accredited national gymnastics organizations, striving to remain consistent in our coaching principles that provide discipline and structure for our athletes.

Qualified candidates must have experience in working with children ages 6 and older. Minimum availability of two days per week required.

Coaching responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Follow the designated rotation schedule and curricula
• Complete all administrative duties asked of you such as verifying attendance, completing safety checks, following lesson plans and updating progress reports of your students
• Come to work ready to make a positive impact on your students and co-workers
• Understand the importance of your Student Retention rate
• Stay engaged in each class, always focusing on your students
• Help set, maintain, and enforce standard attire policies for the program(s)

Desired Skills & Characteristics:

• Patient and passionate about working with children in youth sports
• Has a friendly, upbeat, & enthusiastic attitude and approachable personality
• Hardworking and willing to increase their knowledge about the program(s) and learn different techniques in coaching
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary Range: $16.00 to $22.50 per hour
